This website is provided as a tool for patients to access some of their records online, send and receive messages from the clinic, fill out forms, check their appointment schedule and look up resources.
Yes. The website uses a secure connection on the website which encrypts your information before sending between you and our server.
No. At this time there is no capability on the website to process payments.
If you are not our patient but would like to enquire about our unique service please contact the clinic on 0818 333310 or any of our clinics in Cork, Limerick, Waterford or Dublin by phone, email or through our online form. Our patient liaison team will be happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.
If you have registered you should have received instructions on how to proceed to access your account. If you have cannot access this email please contact the clinic for further instructions.
In order to protect your privacy, we ask you to contact the clinic by phone and request a new password.
Please click on “Forgot your password?” on the log in screen to follow the instructions to reset your password.
Once you log on to your account go to “My Details”, scroll to the end of the page to the “Email and password” form. Enter your current password in the “Old password” field and your new password in the two following fields.
